VIETNAM FOUNDATION is a non profit, non government, humanitarian organisation.

VIETNAM FOUNDATION was formed in Decemeber 1995 and registered in Sydney, NSW, Australia, as a public company limited by guarantee (ACN 071 999 838). The Foundation is the holder of permit number CFN 15357-NSW to raise funds for charity purposes.

VIETNAM FOUNDATION is governed by a Board of Directors who are directly elected by members. The Directors receive no remuneration. They elect an Executive Committee to manage the Foundation's operations.
